Terms of service

✦ I will only be accepting commissions through the form or dms

(you will be notified within a week if your commission was accepted)

✦ I have the right to reject a commission for any reason.

✦ I may take from a week to a month to finish

(you will be notified)

PAYMENT

✦ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

✦ Payment via PayPal, Stripe, or Paynow
(depending on the MOP, there may be a service fee)

✦ All prices are in USD

✦ total under $100: 100% upfront

total over $100: 60% upfront and 40% after completion

✦ After payment, I will begin the sketch

✦ No refunds once the final sketch has been started

WHAT YOU WILL GET

✦ Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts)

✦ Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work

✦ Insight and involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece)

✦ Final piece will be full resolution ( 350dpi and full canvas size)

REVISIONS

✦ Revisions are made during the draft process (sketch), afterwards, revisions will cost a fee

✦ 3 rounds of revisions are included in the price (or more depending on the complexity)

✦ Changes to the final drawing will cost an additional fee - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made / the revisions are VERY minor

✦ Any redos of changes that you approved will cost an additional fee

✦ If your references were unclear to begin with, there will be an extra charge

REFUNDS

✦ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I've started working on the commission.

✦ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

✦ If you cancel your order before the final draft, you can get a full refund.

✦ If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

✦If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

PROCESS

✦ Once I've started the commission, you can no longer refund

✦ I may take up to a month or more depending on the circumstances ( eg: school, health, and the complexity of the piece)

✦ I will update you immediately if something comes up

✦ I will send updates as well as work with you to achieve your desired outcome, but please do not spam me

✦ Amount of reviews will depend on the complexity of the work

✦ The final piece will be sent to your specified email address in PNG format
